While Facebook is the dominant social media site for network…it appears that LinkedIn and Twitter are becoming effective ways for small businesses to approach and engage with their audiences. As I spend more and more time on LinkedIn this last month or so, I am finding that businesses in general appear to be more approachable. I like this suggestion posted in the article: “Researchers say business owners can get an even better return on their social media investment by posting frequently to those sites and developing a strong plan for them.” Business owners definitely need to make full use of their social media presence.
